Overall, it was pleasant.

Liked: The location was great. The staff were professional.
Disliked: I walked barefoot in the room after a shower and my feet were dirty when I went to put my shoes on. Everything else looked clean such as the countertops, mini fridge, microwave, etc. The breakfast hostess had barely understood English so it took awhile for her to answer a question. I wanted regular syrup for a waffle, there was none. I think regular syrup should be available for guests. Also the coffee was barely drinkable. I stayed at this hotel in May 2024 and the coffee was great.

Disliked: The window blinds were broken and there is a flood light outside that room! Looks bright as day in the room at midnight.

Liked: The location is great, the staff was accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom and floors in the room needed better cleaning.

Disliked: Hotel staff reported the internet was down so they couldn’t check us in for a while. When assigned a room we discovered it was dirty and had not been cleaned so they had to send someone to do that. We didn’t get a different room though we requested it. We had to wait for them to get it clean. Overall it seemed like the hotel mgmt was on its heels.
