Liked: The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. We were able to check in when we arrived which was before check in time. The lady at reception was lovely. Breakfast was great. Great variety, abd staff so welcoming and nothing was a bother.The hotel grounds were lovely. Great location too. The bedrooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Spacious for a family of 3.Pool was great, but was a bit excessive to have to pay extra for it.
Disliked: The bedrooms could do with a big upgrade and ventilation could be improved Charging residents for swimming was a down side

Liked: On arrival I got a free upgrade from a small double room to standard double room, to be next to my cousin and kids. The staff were lovely and excellent service
