Enjoyed our stay and were...

Liked: Great hotel, enjoyed the grounds. The whole place was clean and fresh and pool area was perfect.
Disliked: The reception staff were efficient when speaking to them but a few times we they were gossiping with cleaning staff and we had to wait. After entering the building after the fire alarm went off there was nobody helping the more elderly guest or checking they were ok

Fire evacuation with no reason...

Liked: The location was good for a night out in Broughty Ferry. Nice, quiet bar and reasonably priced stay.
Disliked: The shower is terrible. After 5 minutes of both my shower and my wife’s the water becomes and trickle and then comes back on several degrees hotter. No apparent reason for drop in pressure. Sign on the wall saying to wait 2 minutes before getting in the shower but drop in pressure was 5 minutes in… Fire evacuation at 6:15am and communication from Manager/person in charge was non-existent. At check out, no reason was given and no apologies offered. Pretty poor

Liked: It was only for 1 night, but it was a good night. Comfortable and silent.Good breakfast, but I did miss some cheese.. Nice and quiet area.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: I was there for a mum and daughter night away with my 12year old. We used the pool, sauna and steam room which were all fab. There was lots of choice for breakfast, and the room was a good size with comfy beds.
Disliked: Nothing

Expected better service

Liked: Most of the staff were nice
Disliked: Had nazi graffiti on the the wall in our room. Spoke to the manager about our discomfort. Was not offered another room.
