Best Western Woodland Inn

We made it work.

Liked: Breakfast good.
Disliked: Booked roon for disabled. Called motel directly 2 weeks prior to confirm. Was told it was all in order. Upon registration it was not so. Didn't have the room to accommodate needs. Staff on duty did what they could, but very disapointed.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was all friendly and kind.
Disliked: The bathroom fan in 218 didn't work, so every time someone took a shower and didn't close the bathroom door fast enough, the fire alarm would go off.

Passable

Liked: Nice breakfast, jacuzzi room is nice
Disliked: The room smelled like dirty socks, air freshener didn't even help

Great hotel for a quick...

Liked: The young man at the front desk, Frank, was excellent. He greeted us warmly and did his best to a confidante our request to move to an upper. When asked for recommendations for dinner, he gave us an excellent restaurant. The whole experience was great.

Disliked: I made a reservation and then got an email that said they could not accomodate my request, which I took as I didn't have a reservation. So we did not go to the hotel but the next day they charged my credit card. I called and sent them screenshots of the email that said they could not accomodate and they said they would have the manager call and it's been 6 days and no word from the manager!!

The staff was very friendly!...

Liked: Easy access, friendly staff. There was an issue with booking (for some reason we had two reservations but on my booking.com I only had 1) they staff member checking us in was very understanding and took care of it for us
Disliked: The freeway noise is loud! The trashes were not emptied in our room.
