We would probably stay again...

Liked: Good size room and it was clean, Even though there were 4 lamps in the room. none were very bright. The bathroom lighting was good. The only problem we had was the toilet handle not working properly causing the toilet to run, Also, no actual threshold between the carpet and the tile in the bathroom and it was rather rough on bare feet. We did talk to the front desk clerk and at the same time a maintenance man was there. They explained they would check it our but that your facility was doing remodeling of the rooms and our room is set to be done in the near future.

Comfortable and Clean, However very...

Liked: What breakfast? Only 1 coffee pot with old coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: It was Father’s Day morning, I left with my wife to get breakfast. When we arrived back at the room 1 hour later our door was wide open and our room was broke down. No sheets on the bed to relax on. No towels or cloths to shower with. It was only 10 am! None of our stuff was taken. How does this happen? We did not check out yet! I spoke to the front desk immediately. I’ve called multiple times since we have left for David or whoever’s is charge. They are conveniently “always out”. I’ve tried resolving this but they just seem to ignore and deflect. If you plan on staying at this location, bring a do not disturb sign for your door. You will need it as they are not provided.

Liked: The staff, facilities and food were excellent! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: The only recommendation I had was updating the lamps to include USB charging stations.

The most stressful trip I’ve...

Disliked: They charged me for the hotel room when I got there on my debit card. They told me they were only doing it for essentials room was already paid for it went back complained they gave him my money back turned around next day charged me again refused to give my money back.

Pool and Suana make up...

Liked: The pool and Sauna. Room was big. If there was no pool and Suana I’d give a very low score and never return. Lots of great stores and a buddy’s pizza near by.
Disliked: Tiny washroom. The hall is dank. The room and air conditioning had weird smell. The ceiling is kind of weird and gross. Cleaning staff extremely loud and woke me each morning banging furniture. Price was high compared to other places I’ve been recently.
