Disliked: The noise from the highway was pretty loud, but our ocean machine helped.I was disappointed that the pool was closed.....I should have checked.

Liked: Everything was great! Location is good, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean
Disliked: I didn’t like that whatever room your checking into, the door is propped open. I passed several open rooms on the way to my room that were also open, not sure how long it had been open but traveling alone this makes me nervous, anyone could have gone in.

Liked: It was close to the freeway
Disliked: The walls are too thin. Above and next. You can basically hear your upstairs neighbor walking around creaking. Also if you stay next to a snorer, the walls were so thin we heard the snoring all night.

Liked: I was satifiied with the facilily and staff. Location was good. I would recommend the BEst Western to stay.

Disappointing and broken facilities.

Liked: Our toilet broke in the middle of the night. Water was running constantly from the toilet. Couldn’t flush or use our bathroom. Lamps were shorting out so bad we had to unplug due to fire hazard, so there was basically no lighting. I let the front desk know when we checked out, she said she would make a note for maintenance. Staff was really nice, just a disappointment of a place to stay.
