Everything you need.

Liked: The location was great. We could walk to restaurants and other event venues. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good verity, hot, and staff made sure you had what you needed. Bed was very comfortable, with a variety of pillows for just the right fit.
Disliked: The air condition leaked water on the floor. I reported it the morning we were leaving. The staff apologized and assured me it would be fixed.

Liked: Nice staff, clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: I don't like someone serving me at a buffet breakfast. I do not take more than my portion and don't like someone doing it for me. Facilites are somewhat dated and worn out.

I do not recommend it

Liked: Breakfast was good but you were restricted by the portion they served you. I walked out of there hungry.
Disliked: Bad smell. Very expensive.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast was very good and substantial. The ladies that the breakfast area were wonderful and took great care in serving us. the room was clean and the front desk texted us dai;y asking if we needed anything. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Juat wish the price had been less., but that was due to the eclipse and Hot Srping was in the center of totality. The room rate was escalated due to the event.
Disliked: The room rate was escatlated due to the eclipse and Hot Springs was in the center of totality.
