Liked: The toilet in the room was not clean at all. There was feces on the the inside of the toilet lid and dried urine on the seat.
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness. Room not very comfortable and seemed very outdated. Also the layout of the hotel and parking was not appealing.

Liked: The breakfast n staff was great. My kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: The ants in the tub each time i got ready to bathe my babies. n restroom wasnt clean. I had to go to office to get clean supplies to clean the restroom. Because there was so many of us,checking in the staff assigned keys to the wrong guest. Therefore we was lock out our hotel room, when we had return from a busy day out in the sun..

Liked: The Location Was Very Convenient , The Staff Was Very Friendly And Helpful.. Mrs Penny Made Sure We Were All Set And Explained Everything Very Well. The Room Was BEAUTIFUL And The Breakfast Was Delicious. Everyone Was Friendly And I Will Definitely Book Again

Best hotel in hot springs!

Liked: The breakfast is always the best part of staying at best Western. The pool is always clean and very well maintained.
Disliked: The location in which I stayed could have had a few more lamps. I would have switched the bedroom and the living room area, just because I don't want anyone to be able to see straight into where I am sleeping. Other than that it was super nice enjoyable stay for me and all three young men I had traveling with me.

Disliked: The desk person recommended a restaurant called Rocky’s stating great Italian . It was aweful and more on the line of dive bar not great Italian by any measure. Heated up frozen Italian would have been better. Hated I wasted my money.
