Liked: the staff was great
Disliked: none of the pictures matched the room. the amenities were wrong. there is no carpet only grey hardwood. no jacuzzi. room had a different arrangement entirely.

I was surprised!

Liked: Location and staff were great.
Disliked: This is an old facility badly in need of a remodel. I stayed there many years ago. I'm sure it still has the same furniture. The sofa in the reception area was slit with padding coming out. I'm sure housekeeping has difficulty in trying to make appear clean. I would stay somewhere else on my return to Wilsonville.

Liked: They were very helpful as my Google GPS was sending me to the hotel but somewhere, it wasn't Wilsonville. And it wasn't the Best Western. I had your staff on the phone 2 or 3 times before they finally got me to my destination and were just excellent.
Disliked: Someone decided to cannabis vape in the elevator that wasn't the most pleasant thing to walk into an elevator and smell.

Make the time to swim...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. I slept great. The pillows were perfect.
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor, you could hear everything that happened around you. But that’s typical for a hotel.
