EXCEPTIONAL

Liked: The experience was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Although we arrived later than anticipated, the check-in process was swift and efficient. The staff were outstanding, and the room was impeccably clean with a pleasant aroma. We had a restful sleep. The breakfast was noteworthy, offering a diverse selection of delicious options that exceeded expectations. Check-out was equally seamless and efficient.
Disliked: We found nothing to dislike. The hotel's beauty is exceptional. Continue the outstanding work.

We did enjoy our stay...

Liked: The building in the exterior was beautiful while kept and clean. Parking was never an issue. We had to disable CHILDREN with us so we had a large van and we had to have special space to be able to let down the kids as they both were in wheelchairs. So this particular hotel was very accommodating in that way.
Disliked: We did have issues with the access to the pool as we do have two disabled children. There was no ramp or elevator to the pool and there is no accommodation if we needed to get the kids into the pool, but we managed to do that ourselves management to try to help. Also, the rooms are fairly small, especially with handicap children.We did have an issue with the laundry services. The washer and dryer did not work properly and was not properly marked, and there was only one area to do laundry, but the staff was very willing to give us the money that we lost when running the machine. This was discouraging because we had to go to a laundromat, but overall the staff was very accommodating and try to fix the issue.

Disappointing stay this time.
