Disliked: Location and car park facilities are awful it’s on a one way system and the receptionist just saying it’s over there is not helpful. You should provide an address and directions to the parking

Great stay again.

Liked: We have stayed here several times and are always happy with the facilities and our stay. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately they no longer do a hot buffet breakfast and the cooked breakfast was substandard in particular the sausages you could break a window with them!! For £25 for two adults I really expected better and feel they should bring back the buffet breakfast..

Excellent, I would definitely stay...

Liked: The staff were friendly, everything was spotless, the bar area and breakfast area looked lovely (although we didn’t use them), rooms were modern, they had everything you need.

Liked: It’s really good value for money and well located within Watford for amenities and the train to London. The staff were really friendly and professional.

Liked: The Best Western White House hotel is centrally located near Watford, England's city center, and within close proximity to the nearest airport.The staff was very professional and courteous. My room was; quaint, clean and inviting with the nostalgia of staying at Martha's Vineyard.
Disliked: Nothing.

Get what you pay for,...

Liked: Friendly staff, 24hr reception was helpful & so was the discount on the CitiPark multistory. Large spacious room. Cheap rooms & easy access to 3 different Train/Tube stations
Disliked: Loud rooms, can hear everybody who walks down the hallway which can be noisy when a lot of the clientel work nights etc.

Liked: Great room and nice bar area and the town is just around the corner so the choice of anything is there.
