Best Western White House Hotel

Very bad, dirty and uncomfortable

Liked: Very bad, very dirty
Disliked: Everything. I stayed for 3 hours then left because it was disgusting. I want my money back

Liked: The room was nice, large and clean with a comfy bed. The bathroom was a little dated but clean and functional.The bar area is comfortable and the staff were pleasant.The hotel is well situated for bars and restaurants.
Disliked: Unfortunately I was kept awake most of the night because of traffic on a nearby road, it was surprisingly relentless.There seemed to be lorries or vans coming and going below our room. as well.It was a shame really as there isn't anything the hotel can do about it.Either take your earplugs or ask for a room away from the road.

Liked: Some staff were accommodating as much as they could with limited facilities no working fans ect
Disliked: Son over slept by 8 mins due to a really uncomfortable stuffy hot night he was up and down to reception , tryed to keep all deposit until i called over a week later and they started trying to make excuses as to why they wanted to keep £50 in the end they kept £10 of it and said he had a late check out , id have agree if they had informed that he could of stayed longer when i called reception just before check out time to make sure he was up and out as i knew he had had a terribly uncomfortable night but he was out the room 10 mins after time
