Cleanliness issues really brought the...

Liked: Shared spaces were of a high standard and clean. Check in for 2pm rather than 3pm helped us out a lot. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bedroom itself was relatively modern.
Disliked: Serious issues with cleanliness - every low footfall area was filthy, which is a shame as it really spoilt the stay for us as we felt we couldn’t relax. Bathroom very outdated. Strange, unpleasant odour in both the bedroom and car park access of the property.

Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the bedroom and due to the age of the windows, traffic from the street, didn’t help with getting a good sleep.

Liked: the reception was lovely and nicely decorated, however very misleading for the rooms.
Disliked: the bathroom was functional but not amazing and very outdated not like the pictures. check in opens at 2 but took us half an hour to check in…

Like Watford, probably wouldn't stay...

Liked: The location is great for Watford town, the shopping centre and restaurants are all really close
Disliked: The whole place smelt of cigarettes and people collecting food constantly fromReception. The first night we felt unsettled.
