Top-notch stay in the Palouse

Liked: Really superior in every way. Room was super clean, beds were über comfortable and there were two comfy chairs in the room which made relaxing so much easier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a made-to-order omlette bar with a choice of many ingredients. Super value for price - could not have been a better stay.
Disliked: Nothing - The stay was as close to perfect as one could hope for.

Disliked: when i got there to check in, i was excited to be there and was about to give a compliment about the cleanliness of the lobby but the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. she ruined the whole experience and had major attitude. other staff members were fine. she started off by saying i have to go because i left food in the microwave, so i waited for her. when she came back she just stared at me. i was on the phone while i waited and was waiting for her to say how can i help you but she never did. i just assumed she was still busy but when i finally looked at her she was staring at me and made this face. i was like hi, are your ready and she looked at me harder and nodded her head. it was so awkward and rude. i was like well hello to you too mam.
