Best Western Westgate Inn

Place was friendly and breakfast good but because of Greedy Manager would never stay there again. Many places all around with friendly staff and management that care about people not only a one night booking that would have helped us. Both third party sites said it was up to hotel manager and I reached out 3 times with no reply.

Liked: Nice rooms and breakfast.
Disliked: My wife and I both booked hotel not knowing each other was doing this and double booked on third party sites and Best Western Manager had authority to cancel one if he chose but instead wanted our money and refused to cancel one room so we had two rooms for the night. Lol.

We had a wonderful experience at Best Western WestGate Inn. The room was very clean and spacious. We were able to get to and from our event easily due to the accessible location of the hotel. Nice that they offer a supreme continental breakfast too! We would absolutely book again when in the area.

Liked: Easy to get to; clean; friendly employees; very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say!

I forgot my iPad in my room and the housekeeping staff turned it in and mailed it back to me within the week - I was so relieved. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Nice location and a great place to eat is at the end of the street - Lyndon Diner. The hotel is also very close to the fairgrounds and not far from Hershey. We visited both places during our weekend visit. The hotel exterior was also being painted and was looking pretty nice.

Liked: Honest housekeeping staff!
Disliked: Musty cigarette smell on 3rd floor hallway and shower curtain was too short.

Liked: Clean, new, good breakfast
Disliked: The design of the beds includes sheets of metal that make a loud noise when you sit on the bed and when you get up. Design fail!

Liked: Nicely redone recently, nice staff, very convenient to the fairgrounds.
Disliked: Breakfast provided was only fair, but acceptable.

Not bad for a budget...

Liked: Location and continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: Beds seemed like you were sleeping on top of a metal wall locker. Made noises anytime you moved.

Loud

Liked: The double sinks in the suite. Both with mirrors nd lights
Disliked: The bed was extremely noisy, the room was hot even when I turned the temp down, nd the tv was small.

Superb

Exceptional

Liked: ADA compliant facilties were available, and that's what I need.
Disliked: Really nothing.

We had a great stay...

Liked: Clean and staff was friendly. Our room was super spacious and had everything we needed and wanted.
Disliked: Beds had a metal frame and was very noisy when ever you moved.
