We had a wonderful experience at Best Western WestGate Inn. The room was very clean and spacious. We were able to get to and from our event easily due to the accessible location of the hotel. Nice that they offer a supreme continental breakfast too! We would absolutely book again when in the area.

I forgot my iPad in my room and the housekeeping staff turned it in and mailed it back to me within the week - I was so relieved. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Nice location and a great place to eat is at the end of the street - Lyndon Diner. The hotel is also very close to the fairgrounds and not far from Hershey. We visited both places during our weekend visit. The hotel exterior was also being painted and was looking pretty nice.

Disliked: Musty cigarette smell on 3rd floor hallway and shower curtain was too short.

Disliked: I not know it was under renovation when reserved. My room was half done, there was sticky caulk on the sink counter, exposed pipes and wood framing. Bathtub still had paper tag attached to tub wall, caulking was smeared on tile walls. Dust and dirt in hallways. mattress very old and dip in middle. If I had know would not have stayed there. Should not have been billed full price.
