Liked: it was right next to the maverick center for the concert we saw. close to food and downtown salt lake, yummy coffee & nice workers. a gentleman tried to help us with our tv even though their internet was very down, very kind.
Disliked: the room wasn’t super clean, there were splatter marks all over the walls and didn’t look like they vacuumed. tv did not work, blow dryer was broken.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Hotel itself is in need of new everything. Our room reeked of urine. Powerful smell. We could not get rid of it. The carpet was dirty. The halls were worn, the ceilings were stained with holes in them. Our tv did not connect for two days. The person who checked us in was not friendly.Our bedding was neat and clean and the towels were good.

Liked: Location was great, and the free HV charger was nice for my plug-in.
Disliked: It was filthy in the room, the walls were dirty, the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned for days, and it needed a vacuum job.

Liked: The loction was perfect for our needs. The young lady at the front desk was exceptional in handling requests.
