Liked: I liked the location, it was secluded from the traffic and felt more like a private reserved location yet close to everything. The cleaning staff were amazing and very respectful.The facility was superclean and organized. I like the fact that the pool and spa were close on the first floor.
Disliked: The staff had lack of training when it came to 3rd party pay in advance booking and was trying to double charge for my stay even when i showed my confirmation of payment and payment deducted from my account. They were hesitating on giving me the room until i finally got upset asking to talk to the manager who was not in and had to call. I was finally checked in.

Great location for a show...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I originally had a booking at a different hotel and that hotel couldn't find my booking, so I had to find somewhere at the last minute, and these guys were great. I needed 3 rooms and an early check-in. They quickly got rooms cleaned up for us and were super nice. The rooms were fine, beds comfy enough. Mine had a jetted tub in it, although awkwardly squeezed in. I didn't use it. We were there for a show playing at the Maverick Center, which we were able to walk to. It was just what we needed. They also had a hot breakfast buffet.
Disliked: It seems an older building that has been kept up decently. There is a bit of an older building smell to it, but not too bad.

Liked: Staff was wonderful, great attitudes and personalities I only left partially negative ratings cuz elevator was broken
Disliked: Elevator was broken down, I was on the 3rd floor and I don't like stairs Other than that it was excellent

Liked: It's a nice hotel
Disliked: The staff kinda sucks and I'm still waiting for my deposit to credit back after 2 weeks
