Disliked: it’s way too outdated and breakfast food was kinda yucky. the waffle mix is thick and sticky and weird like it’s fake and tasted weird…and the milk was expired. Other fresh food offered looked bad and the sausage seemed undercooked.

Liked: I like the location of the room, and the hostess who checked us in. The cleanliness of the room. The buffet was good. Hours 6:30 thru 9:30 AM. Personnel were excellent!!!
Disliked: I did not like the clogged face bowl, no information in the room on check out time/ no tv schedule. Outside view on first floor is of woods. The ice maker on the first floor was out of order. Had to use room card on third floor to get ice !!!!! Did not mention that ice maker was out. Exhausted from driving from east coast of Florida. No information on the phone. The clock was not set on current time. I am disappointed that this is a Best Western property. I expected more !!!
