Staff was nice and the room was clean. Not too bad a place to stay.

Liked: The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Ian and Austin were terrific!Jeff was great, too. He spent a little time chatting with me. It was quite enjoyable!

It was good.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We were sitting in the breakfast area and there was a big cob web in the window. Nothing major, but must be the cleaners are not paying attention.

Liked: We liked everything about it. People so friendly and helpful... we wish that anywhere we travel that we could have this best Western there. Loved it and can't say enough Great praises for it!!°

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful
Disliked: You need a ramp going to first floor. We are older and had a hard time lift5our suitcase up the stairs. Girl at desk was very helpful

Disliked: No hot water .... AT ALLMattress on sofa bed was so thing and springs were coming through couldn't sleep on it

Liked: Great parking!
Disliked: First room smelled like cat pee and cigarettes. I requested to move to a second room and it was not clean. The rug was filthy and the rooms are so outdated and need a deep clean. I won’t mention what we found on one of the shower towels. It was disgusting. Also my daughter wanted to use the exercise room. Both the exercise room and pool were closed and we weren’t informed about this until I asked upon arrival. Very discouraged! My daughter and I ended up leaving and driving 2 hours to go back home and never used the room. Uck!! I am not much of a complainer but this place needs some major updating.
