Staff was nice and the room was clean. Not too bad a place to stay.

Liked: Outstanding breakfast offering and dining area. Friendly, efficient, quick preparation and serving staff.
Disliked: The room was not clean, nor stocked with customary and expected items. Room was not attended to at all during our stay. Even the hallway areas and elevator loading area was not clean. Building not new, but maintenance was not up to Best Western standards.

Liked: This hotel offers a great breakfast in spacious rooms. Lots of food choices and spacious space.
Disliked: 1.Noise condition: There is no soundproofing between rooms, so you can hear all conversations. 2. Poor cleaning condition. It looks clean at first glance, but you can see a lot of dust accumulating over the years on the lampshades and corners of furnitur

Didn’t happen

Liked: BW didn’t have my confirmed reservation through Booking.com. Didn’t have a room attached to my paid and confirmed reservation. Booking.com tells me the error belongs to Best Western and I may not get my money refunded!
Disliked: Not honoring my paid and confirmed reservation

Disliked: The room was dirty- there was what I believe to be chips on the floor in the bathroom and the hair drier was extremely sticky and overall the room just felt unclean
