Disliked: Out of date No pressure in shower No hot water - no water at all out of the hot tap Cold tap didn’t turn off Toilet didn’t flush To didn’t work correctly Bed really uncomfortable- springs through mattress - sheet didn’t fit bed - itch sheets Noisy Alarms every time doors open But most of all the reaction from staff when I brought these points up in the morning, took a note but that was it, no real solution

Lovely

Liked: Excellent room with a brilliant view of the Bristol Chanel which is on of the reasons we booked this Hotel. Extremely helpful staff whos customer care was second to none.
Disliked: Bathroom a little tired but not a problem as the whole building was probably Victorian.

Liked: Beautifully situated by the bay. Rooms with seaview is recommendable!
Disliked: Everything is a bit tired. Breakfast is OK, no other bread than toast. No cheese and some sort of ham instead of bacon.
