Best Western Wainwright Inn & Suites

Excellent value.

Liked: This hotel stay went without a glitch from the start. I sent a message requesting no perfumes, room fresheners or additional scents in the room and was assured that other than regular cleaning product (such as detergent) scents the hotel didn't use them. And for a change, it was true. There were none used and the room smelled fresh. There weren't any noticeable scents at all. Extremely appreciated!This hotel had the best breakfast ever, and we've had a lot. There were hot items including scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. There were plenty of cold breakfast choices such as cereal, fruit (really fresh!) toast, muffins, etc. And a really good selection of additonals like cream cheese, butter, non dairy milks, jams, etc. There was decaf and regular coffee and an assortment of tea and cream and milk. It was really outstanding.We had an early morning meeting and were accommodated with an extra hour for checkout. The pool and hot tub were spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and easy to find.
