Disliked: Had to switch rooms. The first rooms beds where not clean, second room we switched to the floors where not cleaned. Found dirty cups and trash on the floors, including bathroom, but at least the beds were clean. After a long travel day, went to shower my children, and the shower handle was broken, went to put on a movie for them,TV wouldn’t connect to internet. I requested that maintenance come and fix the shower and clean the floors. When I returned the shower was operable but they did not clean the floors. I had to go back and ask again at this time I asked for assistance with the TV. Maintenance couldn’t fix it, said they would call us and never did so. Over all a very disappointing stay.

Liked: Everything looked nice and it was clean. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: A housekeeper walked in on me when I was getting dressed. She didn't knock prior to coming in and it was two hours before checkout. I'm sure it was an accident.
