Best Western Ville-Marie Hotel & Suites

I just want to say thank you to the friendly staff . Location was fantastic. The room was huge and very clean. But for us it was all about the staff, from the valet, to the front desk staff in the morning, afternoon and night, to the waiters in the bar area; even the cleaning staff. Wow, thanks everyone. Cheers.

Disliked: Only one PC available - other was broken.

Liked: This is the fourth Best Western hotel I''ve stayed at and have been happy with each one. The location once again was ideal with attractions and food shops within walking distance.The staff was also. pleasant and helpful. A pleasant stay.
Disliked: The powdered milk sachets are not a good substitute for real milk.

Liked: Liked the location.
Disliked: Car parking is across the street from the hotel and costs $22 per day. TV remote control in our room didn't work, I had to go to reception to let them to exchange the batteries. The restaurant in hotel was under renovation and we had to go out to search for a place to have a dinner.
