Liked: Room was clean and air conditioned.
Disliked: No air conditioning outside of guest rooms; way too hot for breakfast.

Love this place

Liked: I love coming here been coming here for over 5 years now... An I will keep coming here. Everyone is always so nice.
Disliked: I didn't like this time about it was when the maids came to clean my room they didn't clean it all they did was make up the bed and that's never happened before.

Won’t stay there again.

Liked: The property was easily accessible and next to a variety of eateries.
Disliked: My room smelled weird and the hallways did but aside from that was a great stay.

Liked: The staff were pleasant and accommodating
Disliked: I feel this place is understaffed, and some employees are overwhelmed with too many responsibilities. I’ve worked in customer service before and this reminded me of some of the less adventitious companies I’ve worked for. I felt bad for these employees as they struggled to keep up with the flow of customers. This also translated into poor quality breakfast not that it’s expected to be glamorous. My honest opinion is more structure more staffing and organization would benefit this place. But I feel like I’m not the first person to say this.
