Disliked: One of the very small shampoo bottles was empty. There was two of us. Definitely not enough shampoo. No conditioner. The toilet paper roller was broke. Whoever cleaned the new it was broke cause they just put the toilet paper on it even though it was broke.

Unexpected fee, dirty room

Liked: Secured entry.
Disliked: The curtain has stains. There was a BRA under a chair when we got the room. So cleaning was not a priority. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock. Also, no vent or fan in bathroom. The floor was dirty because the bottom of my feet was dirty even after a shower (yes I wash them). Breakfast was dine in only. I have mobility issue and usually my husband grabs my Breakfast to me in the room. Did not provide a Do NOT DISTURB sign. The beds were uncomfortable.But the biggest problem was there was no mention of a deposit fee, and the fee for our pug was $30 a NIGHT!!! All surprised fee which we didn't budget for. We travel a few times a year out of town and have never paid more then $20 in pet fee for a week at other places. This was our first time at BW and will be the LAST. I would expect this from a say a less popular place. But this feels like a seedy motel to me.
