Bad.

Liked: The general manager was sympathetic and concerned.
Disliked: We requested a handicap room. We got a room with no box springs and foam mattresses about 16 inches from the floor. I could not get out of bed without assistance. There were NO grab bars in the tub or by the toilet. There were no trash cans, no telephone that worked, no table or floor lamp, no reading chair. Front desk was unhelpful and would not relocate us. A bad situation - general manager told us that some of these decisions being forced on them by Best Western. After many years staying at this location, never again.

Very nice and newly renovated...

Liked: Really nice hotel! Everything was new and very nice. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Night staff was very friendly and helpful.

A basic clean , comfortable...

Liked: Liked the location, the amenities and the free breakfast.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the phone inside the room didn’t work properly. We had problems calling the front desk, couldn’t call other rooms at the hotel and couldn’t receive calls.

Liked: It was very comfortable.
Disliked: My wife was getting into the shower, the tub was slick and when she stepped in she slipped and hit her leg and got a hematoma on her leg brought it to their attention and they seemed to not care
