My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel two days ago for a concert and we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel was easy to find, clean, comfortable and the room had a refrigerator and microwave! Bed was comfortable; pets were allowed. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Location was great, within walking distance to Aggie Theatre. Price was great and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Would definitely recommend this hotel. :)

Liked: We were visiting CSU and this hotel is literally across the street. The pool was convenient and the breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The pictures look fantastic, but the look in person was just okay.

Disliked: You pay $7 per day parking!The pool was FULL of debris so couldn't swim, I asked the maintenance man who said "it is what it is " disgraceful...if a pool is advertised it should be useable. Our room 304 was RIGHT next to a road junction so motorbikes revving their engines, it was on the first floor under kids running around in the room above and worse than all that had an interconnected door where the woman had very loud telephone conversations at 9pm and 4.30am !!! So loud I could hear the man's reply on the other end of the phone. I left a message for the manager who never bothered to get back in touch. The hotel is "tired" the carpets grubby. The receptionist credited us with $25 -pool unusable and $7 refund for parking as compensation. On our trip we stayed in 10 hotels Inc a beautiful much cheaper motel in Buffalo ..this was the worst hotel.

Liked: The main reason for my stay was the location; nothing else was noteworthy.
Disliked: The value for money was disappointing due to poor facilities. The bathroom was too small, with loose and falling towel supports. The furniture was outdated and lacked the comfort expected for the price. Breakfast offered the same items every day.
