Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the room and the upkeep during our stay. We asked for more towels to the room at some point and those were brought to us right away. The friendliness of the housekeepers. Front desk staff was also nice.
Disliked: I didn't like the pool towels ran out and I went into front desk and asked for more, she told me housekeeping would take out and they never did. My kids walked back to the room dripping wet. The breakfast was good but at least maybe every other day change up the hot breakfast. Maybe not that big of a deal if you stay one night but we were there four so it was repetitive.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a good variety to start the day right. What truly stood out was the staff, they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, & always helpful.
Disliked: While the room was generally well-kept, with the bathroom and bed arrangements maintained daily, I did notice a buildup of dust under both beds, which appeared to have been overlooked during my 03-day stay. With just a bit more attention to detailed cleaning, the overall guest experience could be even better.

Liked: Very quiet location and super comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice bonus and better than similar hotels.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but not great. I would have been nice to have more fruit and healthy options. The bathroom was very small. The parking lot did get full with worker's trucks.
