Disappointing

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Had no information about arrangements made for a late check out. Charges $15 per hour till 3:00pm with no acceptions till 4:00pm Offered to store luggage instead. I will never stay there again. I will go back to staying across the street at the Holiday In. I choose GW as it was on the same side of the street of the event I was working, as I had a 12 year old with me, that could walk to the museum.
