Very clean, that's the most important thing. Thin walls though.

I have stayed at this location several times. I must say that the rooms and grounds are always very clean. I recommend this property.

Liked: The room was very clean, and the A/C was great!

Disliked: I have never experienced such a disappointing stay at a Best Western. The room was so dirty that I felt uncomfortable and had to leave within minutes of checking in. There was oil on the nightstand, stains on the walls, duct tape on the furniture, and surfaces sticky with unknown substances—I couldn’t even set my belongings down.When I went back to the front desk to request another room, they told me none were available. I then stepped out briefly to look at other hotel options before returning with photos I had taken of the room to show how unacceptable it was. I explained that I wanted to check out and receive a refund since I did not feel comfortable staying there. The staff refused and claimed I had been in the room for 20 minutes, which was not true.I did not spend the night here, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service were all severely lacking.

Liked: It is comfortable, room and locations are being updated and looking much better than They used too. Comfortable BEDS!!Breakfast is always hot and fresh.
Disliked: Needs updated washer and dryer and more of them.
