Disliked: The pillows were too stuffed. Woke up with a sore neck. The highway noise was loud. Everything was very dated.The night before, we stayed at the Best Western Plus Medical Center Hotel in Amarillo. It was a much nicer hotel and less expensive.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t great. Out of most items, sausage, biscuits and gravy. No napkins.

Ashley the manager should be...

Liked: Just 1 of the workers was friendly and it was not the manager on duty.
Disliked: I did not like the manager, Ashley. I think her name was. She was very rude and disrespectful to customers. She has a very smart mouth towards her co-workers as well. She thinks that since she has been there for close to 20 years that she can talk to people any kind of way. She should be FIRED!!!! She has no customer service skills at all. She is not a people's person.She is a horrible person inside and out. They need to re-evaluate her as a manager.

Liked: Ashley at the desk was absolutely the best, you can see what a nice hard working lady she is. We sure do appreciate her and her upbeat personality. The hotel room was clean, breakfast in the morning was pretty good.
