We enjoyed the beach &...

Liked: Loved the location
Disliked: We chose this hotel, paid more than we wanted to, because they served breakfast from 7:30-9:30. The person who was supposed to be there the morning of Saturday April 26 didn't show up (a known issue, share by a friendly, talkative employee). Someone (Katie) show up until 8:45-ish. Breakfast wasn't ready and available before we and the baseball players and other guests had to leave. I tried calling the number on the GM's card, no answer, I emailed the email address on the GM's business card, no response. HUGE disappointment. Also, I had no pet(s) and was put in a pet-friendly room and came home with bug bites (all 3 of us), fridge barely got cold, the office closed at 9pm. I feel the guests should be compensated in some way for the lack of breakfast Saturday morning.

Liked: It is close to the Marina and down town.
Disliked: Breakfast was included with the stay, but on Saturday staff didn’t show up to open the office and there was no breakfast available.

It was super nice and...

Liked: Breakfast was really tasty, sausage, cheese omelettes, coffee. New employee Verdana was really helpful and tried to be attentive to everyone. Nice place.
Disliked: allow small pets.
