Best Western Town House Lodge

It took over a half an hour to check in. One person working the desk when there was 5 people in line; she was very kind and efficient, just too many customers. There seemed to be a lot of noisy activity going on at all hours of the night. Don't stay here if you don't sleep with earplugs or enjoy good coffee in the morning...

Liked: Checkin staff was great and helpful.
Disliked: Night auditor staff needs people skill training. He should recognize that people do wake up early and go outside to enjoy the peacefulness of the city at 530a. Not everyone is homeless.

Worst hotel experience ever in...

Liked: We loved how our room looked
Disliked: We didn’t like the broken ac on a day that is 104. We paid extra to check in early and turned the ac on and when we came back from the wedding it was still so hot we couldn’t sleep all night. Plus there was a man outside of my window drinking alone and it was so uncomfortable.
