Best Western Town House Lodge

It took over a half an hour to check in. One person working the desk when there was 5 people in line; she was very kind and efficient, just too many customers. There seemed to be a lot of noisy activity going on at all hours of the night. Don't stay here if you don't sleep with earplugs or enjoy good coffee in the morning...

Worst hotel experience ever in...

Liked: We loved how our room looked
Disliked: We didn’t like the broken ac on a day that is 104. We paid extra to check in early and turned the ac on and when we came back from the wedding it was still so hot we couldn’t sleep all night. Plus there was a man outside of my window drinking alone and it was so uncomfortable.

Disliked: The shower was spacious and nice but it felt like a lot of water would get on the floor and cause the floor to get slippery on tile, and it felt like the step that’s in the shower was low as well
