Best Western Tomah Hotel

Rooms need a makeover.

Liked: Perkins was fine.
Disliked: The rooms and bathroom were disappointing and need to be updated. Floor of the tub was dirty looking, walls were in need of repair. Bare walls.

We will definitely stay again...

Liked: Our one night stay was very nice. Nice clean comfortable hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful.Thanks for including the Breakfast at Perkins.Also nice to have a bar on site as well. Would recommend folks to choose this hotel.
Disliked: We were not disappointed with anything.

Good

Liked: The pool and hot tub were great! The complimentary breakfast at Perkins was wonderful.
Disliked: Beds weren’t as comfortable, but that’s to be expected. AC was hard to regulate. Hit then cold then hot then cold.

Passable

Liked: Staff, free breakfast, clean room(2nd)
Disliked: Terrible TV set up. Stand five ft from TV then point remote at TV, hit sit up, etc. didn't work. Room wasn't nice as the second they moved us to because of TV issue. Second room was updated more recently.

Good

Liked: Was close to the Army base.
Disliked: The water in pool too cold.

Superb

2 weeks of relaxation

Liked: Room was clean, large and well stocked, pool was open long hours and hot tub was always warm
Disliked: House keeping was inconsistent, felt like we had to keep bothering reception for things

Very good

Disliked: There was no continental breakfast
