The location is quite convenient since many restaurants are nearby and the breakfast is quite good. The only weakness is I did not receive my hotel statement in my e-mail. Please have the hotel e-mail me a receipt. I need it for tax purposes. Thank you!

Liked: My stay at the Best Western was good. Location was very close to my destination of Tennessee Tech. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable (not so much the pillows). I would for sure stay here again.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. The biscuits and eggs were cold.

Liked: The breakfast was average. The entry/exit was on a very busy street between a restaurant and the hotel. Staff at desk (didn't interact with any other staff) was very pleasant.
