Liked: Stay was OK. Very tired hotel.
Disliked: Awful shower

In urgent need of a...

Liked: The receptionists were very friendly! I did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on this.
Disliked: The room service was a joke. Once when I asked them to come, they didn't, and two other times they only remade the bed I had already made and emptied the bin. The bathroom was ignored, including the towels on the floor, and the shower gel was empty. No cleaning whatsoever was undertaken in nearly a week.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: Not much, room was tired and in need of urgent modernisation.Room was not clean.Room was not serviced by a maid, we had to ask for toilet roll.Fixtures and fittings tired / broken.Windows were filthy. Garden overgrown.Very poor standards.Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Room very dusty and unclean.Fixtures tired and dated.Windows filthy.Bathroom tired and filthy. Several lightbulbs blown / not working.
