Disliked: Rowdy customers (not the hotels fault) walls and soundproofing not great.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was good. The breakfast has changed from last year when we stayed. Unsure if we will stay again on a BMX Race Weekend at Cyclopark. We needed to wait for food to be cooked to order this time whereas the Buffet Breakfast last year enabled the boys to eat at whatever time they needed to prior to us leaving for the track. A more Continental Style Breakfast was available however Nice sized and spacious rooms and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I had to pay £105 deposit on our arrival which I was not made aware of by Booking.com therefore this came as a surprise when we arrived at the hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Short stay for nearby wedding with family... Shell and her amazing staff were so so friendly, couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing.. Hotel has had recent beautuful refub.. Everything exceeded our expectations.. Best ever Best Western.. Room 1 was an apartment and absolutely fabulous.. Thank you so much Team Manor xxx

Liked: Excellent position, the hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly, Shell the assistant manager went above & beyond her duties .

Nice for a stay, could...

Liked: A handy place to stay when visiting friends in Gravesend. Staff are friendly and hardworking. The hotel rooms are decent size and it seems like at one point it would have been a really great hotel.
Disliked: I felt like the hotel was being run by a very small team who had to work very hard. Perhaps the hotel is only busy at particular times, but it didn't seem much love had gone into improving or modernising it in any way.

Liked: Absolutely lovely apartment style room, very modern and very clean. Made it enjoyable and very comfortable to stay here.

OK for the price

Liked: It was clean and a good location
Disliked: Very hot, no air con in rooms and a high tog count quilt made for an uncomfortable night. Bar food stopped at 8.30pm, breakfast was very poor in options.

Brief but ideal!

Liked: Modern and clean.
Disliked: Quite a bit of noise from the corridors.
