Pleasantly surprised by what was...
Liked: Super location as we could quickly get to the M25 and then West to our destination. Pleasantly surprised how quiet our room was so close to the M2.

It was above the standard...
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Evening meal - lamb shank was great.I had a continental breakfast which was fine.The room was excellent decor and bathroom to a high standard.And the bed was supremely comfortable.
Disliked: The only comment. I have a shower in the morning and that was provided.But some like a bath which wasn’t there.

Never again.
Liked: The lady behind the desk who saw us in and saw us out, who recommended where to get a good Indian meal, who served us gins and tonics late that evening and who was there bright and early to serve and cook us a great breakfast.
Disliked: It needs money spent on it. Our room was tired and jaded.

Worst western
Liked: Staff were the only decent memory of this place
Disliked: The heating didn't work, there was no hot water in the evening, the executive suite was that of a common standard room that did not match or reflect the advert, there was no walk in shower, it was a bath tub with mold, old and falling apart.The food was something that could've been bought from asda and poorly presented and flavourless.
