Liked: The buffet was a good and lot of variety in breakfast. Room was clean
Disliked: Hotel infrastructure is old-fashioned. The hotel needs renovation when we walk in the room. Floor makes sound. I pay $155 usd, which doesn't justify the service they provide.

Liked: I liked the look of the hotel and the lake. Breakfast was good. The server and front desk lady were both excellent
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable, food from the restaurant was just bad. I mean bad, ribs came out cold and cheese curds were just gross.

Liked: This property takes you back in time with its ornate furniture, wall paper and other accents. Absolutely adored hanging out in the parlor watching the sunset. The new restaurant downstairs is delightful and a lovely way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Enjoyed the pool too although it would be nice to have bigger pool towels but that’s a minor detail. We had an issue with our bathroom and it was taken care of promptly.

Disliked: It was a bit dated but the lobby and sitting room had character.

Liked: Good location with a walking path nearby along the lake. Room and bathroom were very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was average. Not many options for those who don't eat meat or high carb waffles. Room was too warm and temp wasn't adjustable. No hottub and the pool was taken over by little boys at a hockey tourney. Windows in the room were so small it was hard to enjoy the lake. All in all, not a good value for the money we paid. Disappointing.
