Good

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, and a good choice. Plenty of relaxing spaces to choose from.
Disliked: The bedroom was far too hot, and the small fan didn't really help. The Internet was poor.

Good place

Liked: Very nice place, especially if you have a car. It is located between Edinburgh and Glasgow, which makes it very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The place is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The downside was that, since it’s a rather small place, the restaurant closes early and there aren’t many nearby dining options, so you just have to plan ahead. In one of the rooms it was a bit warm at night, and there’s no A/C. During the first nights we had a small issue with a drain smell in our room, but the staff immediately moved us to another room and everything was perfect after that. Other than that, everything was great, with very good service from the staff

Liked: Room was amazing but staff topped that, tremendous attention to residents
Disliked: WiFi signal in rooms was not great so TV didnt work but other than that wee detail it was perfect

Clean, welcoming and friendly staff.

Liked: Angie and staff were just so awesome. They were very attentive and made my stay feels like home away from home. One of things that stood out was the fact that the replenished the bottled water in the rooms most 4 start don’t even give a bottle of water at the start.
Disliked: The only complaint is the timeliness of the buses and the distance from central but that’s a matter of choice and preference.
