Liked: Extremely good staff on reception
Disliked: The breakfast was abysmal under cooked bacon dry awful haggis ruined tattie scone burnt hash brown scrambled eggs sent back to kitchen only to be returned just as bad I suggest they employ another chef as I looked around I wasn't the only disgruntled customer also the mattress in room one needs changing my husband has spinal deterioration and had an awful night ..

Liked: I love this hotel, staff are always friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy, it is always spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable, I stay here a lot for business on my own and they always have time for a chat.The bath is great as well very deep and spotless.
Disliked: Nothing everything was perfect.
