Passable

Liked: Very good location, excellent underground connections right outside the door.
Disliked: I booked a single room. It wasn't like the photos. It was super small, and the windows only opened a little bit. There was no safe (as it said in the description) and the worst part: the air conditioning made a noise every few minutes (all night long!) that sounded like a drill (I told the reception, and they sent someone to fix it, and it was a little better for a short time, but on the second night it was just as loud and came every few minutes). In addition, the rooms were extremely noisy – you could hear everything in the shower in the room above, and the doors in the corridors outside were loud swing doors that couldn't be closed quietly, which meant they were also very loud from the corridor. Relaxation or sleep were out of the question.

Terrible and pathetic

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Pathetic service level , poorest of poor in the hospitality service , they should close down the hotel . No power in hotel for 2 days . No AC for 2 days and even after Complaining not one bothered to check and their GM Hugo Ferreira does not have the basic courtesy to pacify the customers . The staff looks helpless as no one is listening to them . Unbelievable that these kind of hotel exist in the world And that too in a City like london who are not even bothered and even understand the basis courtesies of Hospitality industry Rather than degrading the whole industry and the reputation of London city they need to stop harassing their customer who booked the hotel ok face value and later on harassed and humiliated to stay in this property Even saying Pathetic is cruelty pathetic !

Very comfortable stay in a...

Liked: The location was great, right next to Earl’s Court tube station. Aircon was very good, which was needed in the humidity of London. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was powerful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, we were on the basement floor.
Disliked: Nothing

Overpriced not providing advertised facility...

Liked: Location was very convenient
Disliked: The property had advertised breakfast starting at 7h and apparently despite this, they only start at 7h30Meaning we could not attend due to a schedule meeting Was not offered an apology never mind a refund for the extra cost of breakfast which we had purchased I had even shown them my reservation with the breakfast advertised time no care Also forget about a good night sleep air con not working so window left open and constant noise from revellers Would never return !

Terrible

Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: Where do we start… it’s a 4 star hotel that’s over £250 a night and for that you get things that don’t work or function properly, beds that are not comfortable including damp bedding, rooms outside your door where the doors auto slam and wake you up, tea and coffee in a drawer with a kettle cord so short the only place you can make a tea is on the floor, not enough toilet paper so you have to ask for more even after the beds have been changed (to the damp bedding) just really not good enough, will not be back

Pleasant

Liked: Very close to tube. Friendly staff. Nice decor.
Disliked: Room was tiny, even by London standards. Had to dress on the bed. Room was basement level so had to keep blinds down as people could look in from street. Air con was very loud and randomly buzzed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Location of hotel was ideal for our stay as we were visiting the tennis championships at Wimbledon. There were also lots of eating places on Earls Court road. Our room was clean and nice.
Disliked: Our first room had a broken TV and a noisy air conditioning unit. The staff were very helpful and relocated us to another room. My only criticism would be that the shower controls were difficult to adjust.
