Liked: Location near Earls Court tube. Nice surrounding area with good eateries and shops eg M&S food, Boots, Co-op.Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast. Very clean.
Disliked: Duvet far too heavy and warm for high summer temperatures. Totally unsuitable for the prevalent weather conditions.UHT milk in room was off.

Liked: The proximity to the tube. It was clean and nicely presented
Disliked: The room was much too small for an extra bed. When you add suitcases there was no floor space. There was no fridge.

Liked: The hotel has a great location, the rooms are clean and modern (though some are quite small), and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our first night was quite uncomfortable as the air conditioning in our room was broken during a heatwave. The room was around 28°C even with the windows open, and there were no other rooms available until the next day. We were given free breakfast vouchers as an apology, and moved to a larger, more comfortable room the following night.Another point worth mentioning is the breakfast service, which seemed noticeably understaffed. One woman appeared to be handling everything on her own — seating guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, and serving food — while other staff were present but not assisting in these areas. She did an excellent job under pressure, but the wait times reflected the lack of support. More help during busy mornings would make a differenceOverall, a good stay once the initial hiccup was sorted, but a few areas could be improved.
