Liked: The staff were the kindest & friendliest of all the hotels I've stayed at. The outside was beautiful & the inside was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: There's nothing negative I can say.

Disliked: I put out my "please clean room" sign, but room wasn't cleaned. I left about 9:30am and returned about 5pm. I checked at the front desk, and they said I needed to call the front desk to get that service. No where did I see anything that told me that. The front desk person was rude and uninterested in my complaint. The scan code in the room to see a directory didn't let me see the directory in a manner that I could read it. (too small of print, and only 1 page). The air conditioner couldn't keep my room cool. The wifi password was difficult to deal with. My phone kept changing it because it was 2 actual words, so it kept capitalizing the first letter and put spaces between the 2 words embedded in the password and another space before the number after the last embedded word. I found someone else's hair in my bathtub. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly.

Wonderful gem of a place...

Liked: The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. The pool area was really nice. The food in the restaurant was FANTASTIC. And all of the staff we encountered were kind and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing
