The hotel itself was fine in appearance. If the air conditioning had worked it would have been fantastic. They said the only thing they could do was bring in a fan. Our night was miserable because of the heat. Not sure if we would come back simply because of the A/C.

Disliked: A/C in room did not work. When we complained they brought us a fan. It was a very uncomfortable night.

I will stay again.

There can't be a better value hotel in Nashville! For the price paid, this hotel more than delivered. The front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and updated, and the continental breakfast was adequate. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Have stayed in many hotels in all price ranges. This was the best value in the area with the most comfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed. Good location, magnifiying mirror in bathroom - nice touch for those of us who wear glasses :). All around great place to stay!

Liked: Checking in, checking out went very well. Breakfast was fantastic. Hostess Rene was so friendly, as was all of Nashville.
Disliked: The water in our tub didn't drain quickly. Made the floor of the tub very slippery as we showered.

Liked: We stayed here 2 years ago and thought it was nice then. They remodeled it making it even nicer. The staff is very friendly (even with each other). Made it very comfortable.

Liked: The location wasn’t bad, there were some things nearby. There is a shuttle for the downtown area.

Liked: This was my second time staying at Best Western Suites near Opryland. It's a very comfortable place to stay. Constantly pleasant staff.
Disliked: On the last 2 days the room had a growing number of ants. The day of check out the cleaning staff wanted us out and said check out was 10am...it's 12pm.

Location close to attractions, quiet...

Liked: Breakfast was good with plenty of tables and space. Breakfast staff were friendly. The Hotel was quiet and close to attraction, such as the Grand Ole Opry. Free parking was appreciated and plentiful.
Disliked: Bathroom could use some updating. tub was dated.

Liked: Bed was super comfortable and the room was quite large. During the day, I could hear everything going on in the rooms on either side of me but fortunately everyone was quiet at night.
Disliked: A vending machine for snacks would have been nice. The front desk was selling tiny bags of chips for $1.75. A shuttle service to the Opry would have been fantastic. I would have paid for it as an Uber was impossible to get after the concert.
