Best Western Suites Near Opryland

The hotel itself was fine in appearance. If the air conditioning had worked it would have been fantastic. They said the only thing they could do was bring in a fan. Our night was miserable because of the heat. Not sure if we would come back simply because of the A/C.

Disliked: A/C in room did not work. When we complained they brought us a fan. It was a very uncomfortable night.

I will stay again.

There can't be a better value hotel in Nashville! For the price paid, this hotel more than delivered. The front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and updated, and the continental breakfast was adequate. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Have stayed in many hotels in all price ranges. This was the best value in the area with the most comfortable bed in any hotel I have stayed. Good location, magnifiying mirror in bathroom - nice touch for those of us who wear glasses :). All around great place to stay!

Disliked: its an old hotel, everything works, but its gonna need renovation sooner than later

Liked: The location was great and very inexpensive.
Disliked: At check out the lady at the desk wasn't very customer service friendly but everyone else was great and very helpful. The two guys at check in. Sorry I didn't get their names. Renee at breakfast was wonderful and went above and beyond. Toliet was very low, hard on the knees.
