Liked: Had to move rooms as mattress cover had an ominous stain....second room, mattress and cover were good. Sofa bed was too noisy and uncomfortable so ended up having to add a second room so we could all sleep. Not sure people actually use the sofa beds because had to ask for bedding. Additional room was a king bed which was clean and comfortable. Shower is hot and good water pressure. Hallways are not as cool as the main areas of the hotel. Staff was accommodating with all our needs. Breakfast is neither amazing or bad. It's your typical liquid eggs, waffles, sausage links/patties, cereals, yogurt and toast options. Rooms were clean. Restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The exhaust fans in both bathrooms didn't work. The parking can be a nightmare if you get in late and have a large vehicle. The doors connecting the hallways is not needed.

Wonderful hotel! Would definitely stay...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of selections and options. The staff at breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. Bed was wonderful and pillows were amazing. Location is great and it felt like it was a safe area. I have zero complaints about this hotel stay.
Disliked: My husband said it was too hot in the pool area. With the pool being heated and the hot tub there, the air was just too hot and stuffy unless you were in the pool.

Exceptional

Liked: Good location for us. Everything was so close to retail and food service.
Disliked: The sofa bed needs some improvement too squeaky when sleeping and moving around
