Poor hotel service which impacted...

Liked: Experience was ruined by the staff lack of concern about the phone - a response to use the hotel phone which would not work for long distance.
Disliked: I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected.To begin with, the trash around the property—especially near our room—was concerning. There were bottles and cans on the ground, and although we requested that the area be cleaned, it remained unsightly, and even more trash appeared the next morning.Another major inconvenience was that my cell phone, which uses AT&T service, did not work at your location. When I asked the front desk staff about this, I was told by two individuals to "go to the parking lot" to get reception. This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional.The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. The food, particularly the muffins and breads, appeared to be several days old, and the overall presentation was subpar.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues for the sake of future guests. I would appreciate a response from management acknowledging these concerns. I expect a credit and I have left if my reservation was not pre-paid. The cell phone service response was very unprofessional and I did see other guests using their phone in the parking lot.

Liked: fruit at the breakfast was poor, the rest was fine, some one did come by and ask if we needed anything while leaving breakfast but too late.
Disliked: pillows could be updated.to memory foam

Liked: The patio outside the room.
Disliked: The pictures are NOT what we got. Breakfast was upstairs and I can't walk well.

Liked: The scenery was just fabulous, beautiful and green. The trees around the area were beautiful.
Disliked: No swimming pool or hot tub also the pillows were terrible extremely soft, no firmness. Head just sunk.

Definitely unexpected for a Best...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: If you have a family choose a different place. We had kids that normally sleep in our beds but they charged us for 2 rooms after the fact because they said it was too many people lol. Even if you get in late, I would recommend another recommend choosing another place
