We had a great stay...

Liked: The scenery was just fabulous, beautiful and green. The trees around the area were beautiful.
Disliked: No swimming pool or hot tub also the pillows were terrible extremely soft, no firmness. Head just sunk.

Definitely unexpected for a Best...

Disliked: If you have a family choose a different place. We had kids that normally sleep in our beds but they charged us for 2 rooms after the fact because they said it was too many people lol. Even if you get in late, I would recommend another recommend choosing another place

Never stay here unless you...

Liked: I was charged before I got to property. Then they said I needed to pay again. Plus deposit. We argued. They tried to get over on me. The room does not look like the picture. The place is way out in the boonies. Too far from the casino. And then they threatened to call the police on me which how can you call the police on the police? The final and they finally gave me my money back and I left gracefully.
Disliked: On the outside, it was beautiful but on the inside, not so much

Nice clean room, but sadly...

Liked: Clean room, especially bathroom. Nice sized fridge, convenient microwave, and two chairs. The latter is less common, especially at Hilton properties.
Disliked: No breakfast after 9AM. We did not know it was 9AM versus 10AM. We are in are late sixties and we don’t get up until 8-9. There should be an accommodation for older guests.
