Liked: Deidra the front desk manager was exceptionally pleasant. Me and my wife went there for our anniversary and I called to ask a few questions prior to booking. Upon arrival for it being our anniversary we were upgraded to the suite and got a great deal. Everything was wonderful until shower time. After going only number 1 and flushing the toilet, it was clogged. Took 30 minutes to receive a plunger to get the toilet unclogged. Okay no big deal, let's shower before we lay down, but the shower was just a trickle, okay but no hot water! So I call front desk was told maintenance was not in until 7:00. Waited and waited and waited until after 9:00 and somebody finally came to my room and said it was fixed. It was not.. the lady at the front desk in the a.m. was completely and utterly unprofessional. And then our overheard the housekeeper saying that there has been multiple issues with that shower before.

Liked: I loved that breakfast was served until 9:30, however, we would go down around 8-8:30 and both mornings we were there they weren't prepared for the number of people and we would have to wait a while for things to be refilled and more food to be put out. Also, we loved the queen suit that had bunk beds for our kids but the mattresses were not comfortable very springy and the pillows were also uncomfortable. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly. The hotel looked very nice, and was clean.
