Disliked: The room was advertised as having a roll in shower, which it did, but there was about a one inch bump from the floor. It makes it very hard or even impossible for someone to push a shower wheelchair into. The room was very dim and we couldn't adjust it.

Our room was very unclean.

Liked: People were kind, main areas were clean, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our rooms cleanliness was the reason for the lower rating. Cleaning staff left no towels, there was pet hair on the office chair, something dry and crusty on the armchair' pillow, makeup smear on the top sheet, condoms from the previous guest left in the night stand drawer, and crumbs/ dust on the floor. We wore shoes the entire time and thankfully only had to stay for 1 night.
