unacceptable

Disliked: they charged my credit card twice and I'm still waiting for the refund, even though I've contacted them several times. I also paid for the breakfast and they didn't have anything special to offer and they prepared it last minute while I was in a hurry to leave for my appointment. the funny thing is that when I arrived late at night in the hotel, while I was traveling all day.. the gentleman at the reception couldn't find my payment!

Very bad stay with very...

Disliked: Very bad service! Specially that first of all the water faucet was not functioning well, a very little water comes out the faucet, The telephone was not functioning, and the AC was also not functioning,moreover they suggested to change the room to another “lower category” with the same price! Which i didn’t accept the first day, in addition to that, the corridor was disgusting

Liked: The bed was super comfy and room quiet
Disliked: The shower bracket didn't support the shower head correctly. The handbasin in the bathroom didn't drain due to body hair in the plug.. The fire alarm went off at 6am and was a false alarm. Staff didn't ask how our stay was on check out. Fire alarm hanging off wall with exposed wires in corridor outside.

Thoroughly Recommended

Liked: I can thoroughly recommend the Best Western. I only had a one night stopover and had to leave at 3 am before breakfast but..The weather was atrocious. The hotel was a like an oasis. The room was light, very clean, well equipped with everything I needed. I liked the tea and coffee making, the breakfast are was a great place to work, the wi-fi worked very well, the shower was hot and strong. The airport is just a hop away as are the local shops.Booking.com have some work to do. I received confirmation of my booking from both the hotel and booking.com but on arrival found that I had not paid. This seems like bad business for these guys
