Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: In the iphone map app the hotel is not under "Best Western" but "Hotel Gardenia Bordeaux Ouest." The address kept putting me in a neighborhood. Really inconvenient. Also, bathroom was handicap not requested, the shower had to be handheld, inconvenience. I put a do not distrub sign up and they knocked on the door waking me up.

Disliked: The room service ‘meal’ in a jar. Not good value for money. It was edible but not great

Liked: My Daughters flight into Bordeaux was delayed until the next day, the reception staff were excellent and just cancelled her room without any fuss. The front of house was excellent and very freindly, the room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and very good. Excellent value for money and close to the Airport. Unfortunately I arrived too late for the restaurant but I was pointed to some restaurants nearby.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that was really that bad that it would be worth picking up on.

Disliked: We had a two day stay and on the first day breakfast was excellent however on the second day when we arrived at 9am there was a limited amount of choice, possibly because a number of early morning travellers had arrived the day before.There was no hot food, only cold scrambled eggs no bacon or sausagesI request some but it didn't arrive before we had to leave.
