Best Western Springfield

I recommend this hotel because they have a good attention to the customer and they try to fit your needs.

Liked: The food.
Disliked: They were renovating the hotel and I found the rug dusty.

Super excellent! Staff is the very best. Sonya, at front desk, and Hashiff as my driver for the free shuttle are both the very best. They went out of their way to above and beyond. The best hotel experience ever. Wonderful breakfast too - thank you so much again!

Liked: Good value, nice place.
Disliked: Pool is always closed till 3pm! It should be open at 11 am, at least!I didn't care much for the virtual assistant. If you're going to continue this, AT LEAST HAVE TWO!!! PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT LEARNING CURVES. Some will take longer to understand and use it.

Liked: The check in and check out was an easy process. The staff seemed nice. They had a pool and had breakfast included with the stay. It was located by a lot of nice places to visit.
Disliked: The rooms smelled like mildew. The chairs in the room had stains and white stuff on it. Some of the mini fridges had water all through it and some had ice all over them.

Good value for money hotel

Liked: Value for money. Parking and breakfast included and also liked the remote desk. Good breakfast options too
Disliked: Location is little far off from attractions
