Best Western Springfield

I recommend this hotel because they have a good attention to the customer and they try to fit your needs.

Disliked: They were renovating the hotel and I found the rug dusty.

Super excellent! Staff is the very best. Sonya, at front desk, and Hashiff as my driver for the free shuttle are both the very best. They went out of their way to above and beyond. The best hotel experience ever. Wonderful breakfast too - thank you so much again!

Liked: friendly front desk but sometimes they are not physically present, only on video.
Disliked: Not enough personnel, spills on elevator floors don't get cleaned up. I got mild food poisoning from breakfast, I think it might have been the cappuccino where the internal milk tubes weren't cleaned out properly, or they used spoiled mil,

Liked: Very nice place to stay. Hotel was very clean staff was amazing. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.I will be back.
Disliked: I don't eat pork. I wish they served some Beef Sausage or Turkey Sausage for breakfast instead of just pork items. With the expectation of the pork breakfast was on point.
